Mahoning County restaurant/bar on market for $1M after 28 years in business

A restaurant in Mahoning County that’s been open for almost 30 years is looking for a new owner to take over operations.
Davidson’s Restaurant/Tavern was built in 1988 and specializes in a Sunday breakfast buffet for under $10 and savory dinners like chicken paprikash.
According to Platz Realty Group, the Cornersburg restaurant is currently on the market for $1.3 million, which includes a bar and D5 liquor license.
The family-owned restaurant has been around since the 1990’s.
On their website, one reviewer said the “prices are far lower than the chains Perkins and Denny’s, but the food quality is on par with your chain restaurants.”
The current owner will be around to train the buyer on running the restaurant.
