The Trumbull County grand jury on Friday handed up 40 indictments, including six sealed or secret findings.
The following felony cases will be arraigned within two weeks in one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas courtrooms:
- BROWN, Tyree, 29, Adelaide, Warren, and WILLIAMSON, Michael,29, two counts aggravated murder with firearm specs; two counts aggravated robbery (f1) w/firearm spec; having weapons while under disability (f3);
- HOLBROOK, Thomas, 29, South Butler, Niles, Escape (f3);
- RUBLE, Jeremy, 47, Stiles Street NW, Warren, three counts rape (f1); corrupting another with drugs (f2); 18 counts illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance (f2); two counts pandering obscenity involving a minor (f2); gross sexual imposition (f3);
- JACKSON, Kiarra, 27, Sheridan Road, Youngstown, superseding, aggravated trafficking in drugs (f1) w/firearm spec; aggravated possession of drugs (f1) w/firearm spec; violating a protection order (f3) and carrying concealed weapons (f4);
- MULLETT, Ryan E., 49, Laird Avenue, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
- CHAMP, Jesse F. IV, 26, N. Meadowbrook Drive, Leavittsburg, receiving stolen property (f4);
- APPLEMAN, Curt R., 37, North Bentley, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs (f2);
- BUNCH, Christopher A., 33, Kenilworth SE, Warren, having weapons while under disability (f3);
- SANTIAGO GEORGE, Nelson, 30, North Blaine Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), receiving stolen property (f4), carrying concealed weapons, and violating a protection order;
- CATALINE, Vicki E., 48, Parish Avenue, Hubbard, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5), two counts, domestic violence (m1), two counts endangering children (m1);
- MICHAELS, Harold, 50, Penn Avenue NW, Warren, burglary (f2), burglary (f3), grand theft (f4), two counts theft (f5) and four counts breaking and entering (f5);
- KIRKSEY, Anthony D., 46, Belmont Avenue, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
- BARRIOS, Jason R., 46, Bradford Street NW, Warren, domestic violence (f3);
- RODGERS, Michael, 19, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, carrying concealed weapons (f4);
- BROADUS, Teron, 19, East Avondale, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- BUSH, Stephen, 28, Johnson Plank Road, Bazetta, theft (f5);
- MAKIS, Mark G., 45, Sampson Drive, Girard, possession of cocaine (f5);
- HOLMES, Anthony, 20, High Avenue, Niles, misuse of credit cards (f5);
- WASHINGTON, Freddie, 20, Pearl Street SW, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- HARRISON, Jhalil A., 31, Sharon, Pa., having weapons while under disability (f3), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5) and three counts aggravated menacing (m1);
- CLINE, Phyliss H., 38, Market Street, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
- JOHNSON, Nathan D., 27, Franklin Avenue, Niles, carrying concealed weapons (f4) and having weapons while under disability (f3);
- HENDERSON, Marcus L., 41, Oak Street SW, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5);
- MAlLORY, Karindu, 20, Williamsburg Street NW, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
- AGEE, Aaron, 31, Catalina Avenue, Youngstown, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present (f4), failure to stop after an accident (m1), obstructing official business (m2) and driving under suspension (m1);
- BURGOS, Edgardo, 39, Philadelphia, Pa., receiving stolen property (f4);
- TUCHE, Bruce A., 45, Dodgeville Road, Jefferson, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
- ROSENBERG, Tiffany M., 25, Ron Park Place, Boardman, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4) and aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
- MECHLING, Jason E., 45, South Canal Street, Newton Falls, aggravated burglary (f1), aggravated robbery (f1);
- WHEELER, Joseph H. Jr., 32, Meadowbrook Drive, Leavittsburg, aggravated possession of drugs (f2), failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4) and possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
- BENDER, Devonta, 27, Tod Avenue, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f5).
