15 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 15 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on April 3 by the grand jury:
James H. Dilley, 36, Homeworth Road, Alliance, OVI (f3);
Alfonda R. Madison, 38, South Brockway, Youngstown, two counts, violating protection order (f5); aggravated menacing (m1);
Maurice A. Briggs, 40, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown, strangulation (f3), assault (m1), aggravated menacing (m1);
Jordan C. Holt, 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts rape (f1);
Benjamin Vazquez, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle (f4) and possession of cocaine (f5);
Lawrence M. Mitchum, 62, Dickson Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5), receiving stolen property (f4);
Martin Eberth IV, 46, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts OVI (f3);
Zachary T. Wilson, 34, Hoagland Blackstub Road, Cortland, domestic violence (f4);
Shainne M. Lewis, 35, W. Water Street, Lowellville, strangulation (f4); domestic violence (m1);
David Hill, 74, East Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
Patricia Morton, 67, homeless, possession of cocaine (f5);
William Duncan, 70, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
June Rushton, 24, Palmer Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5); possession of cocaine (f5);
Lawrence A. Newell III, 25, Idlewood Drive, Austintown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4); identity fraud (f5); obstructing official business (f5) and resisting arrest (m2);
Remanded to lower court: James J. Murray, 54, Atlanta Avenue, Austintown, three counts misdemeanor theft (m1), unauthorized use of vehicle (m1), receiving stolen property (m1).
