14 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 14 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on April 10 by the grand jury:
Terry Hopkins, 22, in care of Mahoning County jail, murder (unclass.) with three-year firearm specification;
Kenneth L. Carter, 34, West Delason Avenue, Youngstown, murder(unclass.) with three-year firearm specification, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4) and possession of cocaine (f5);
Leartis Day, 47, Park Drive, Campbell, OVI (f3);
Anthony D. Gray, 22, LaBelle Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
Wesley Evans, 35, Tenney Avenue, Campbell, having weapons while under disability (f3);
Isaac A. Bethel, 22, in care of Mahoning County jail, three counts felonious assault(f3) with three-year firearm specifications, improperly discharging firearm at or into habitation (f2) with three-year firearm specification;
Stephen W. Hamner Jr., 18, Park Avenue, East Palestine, two counts illegal conveyance or possession of deadly weapon in school zone (f5), aggravated menacing (m1);
Henry Wright, 18, Elruth Court, Girard, failure to comply with order/signal of a police officer (f4);
Jordan P. Hall, 41, in care of Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under disability (f3), possession of cocaine (f5) and resisting arrest (m2);
Alika S. Thomas, 37, Breaden Street, Youngstown, receiving stolen property (f4), illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a governmental facility (f3), possession of cocaine (f5) , possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
David A. Walker, 64, South Rockhill, Alliance, workers’ compensation fraud (f4);
Robert J. Conway, 49, Shannon Road, Girard, theft from a person in a protected class (f4);
John Doe, secret indictment, two counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor/impaired person (f2), corrupting another with drugs (f2) and illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance (f2);
John Doe, secret indictment, two counts murder (unclass.) with three-year firearm specifications and aggravated burglary (f1) with three-year firearm spec.
