11 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 11 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on June 5 by the grand jury:
Justin F. Moore, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, superseding indictment, public indecency (f5), public indecency (m1);
Robert C. Powell, 24, West End, N.C., aggravated vehicular homicde (f2), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f5) and OVI (m1);
Isabella M. Repucci, 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts felonious assault (f2) w/three-year firearm specifications, tampering with evidence (f3) and receiving stolen property (f4);
Christopher T. Guildoo, 47, West California Avenue, Sebring, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), grand theft motor vehicle (f4), breaking and entering (f5);
Lawrence McRae, 41, Fincastle Lane, Youngstown, OVI (m1), resisting arrest (m2), unauthorized use of property (m4) – case returned to lower court;
Jamie A. Severs, 46, Taylor Road, Negley, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4), possession of heroin (f5) and escape (f3);
Tony Cheirs, 62, Ellenwood Avenue, Youngstown, theft (f5);
Austin J. Smith, 28, East Sixth Street, Salem, aggravated menacing (m1) – case returned to lower court;
Matthew J. Whittenberg, 26, North Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, assault (m1) – case returned to lower court;
John Doe, secret indictment, failure to verify address (f3);
Dustin M. Shamp, 30, Freemont Avenue, Youngstown, cruelty to companion animals (f5) w/one-year firearm spec; discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises (m4).
