14 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 14 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on June 12 by the grand jury:
Cielito Matos, 29, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated burglary (f1), felonious assault (f2);
Xiaoyan Tu, 34, Flushing, N.Y., promoting prostitution (f4), soliciting (m3);
Atalaya Amatul-Nafi, 44, in care of Mahoning County jail, felonious assault (f2), strangulation (f3);
David Poyssick, 42, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine (f1);
Jeremiah Clark, 18, Massillon, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
Orlando Hernandez, 36, Mary Lane, Mineral Ridge, permitting drug abuse (m1) – case remanded to lower court;
Walter Bolt, 65, West Harvey Street, Struthers, superseding indictment, two counts aggravated vehicular homicide (f2); aggravated vehicular assault (f3), three counts OVI (m1);
Joseph Hernandez, 59, Devitt Avenue, Campbell, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
Christopher W. Laux, 36, in care of Mahoing County jail, aggravated menacing (m1), domestic violence (m1), inducing panic (m1), resisting arrest (m2), obstructing official business (m2)- case remanded to lower court;
Stephen I. Zooberg, 37, in care of Mahoning County jail, theft (f5);
Caden J. Moffo, 20, Beechwood Drive, Boardman, failure to comply with order/signal of a police officer (f4);
Demain P. Duncan, 40, possession of drugs (f5), illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of specified governmental facility (f3), escape (f3);
Ron Singh, age/address NA, illegal storage, treatment, disposal of hazardous waste (unclass.), water pollution (unclass.);
John Doe, secret indictment, submit false information (unclass.), three counts violate duty, order, rule or permit term of condition (unclass.), submitting knowing false statement (unclass.).
