15 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Mahoning County grand jury on Wednesday handed up 15 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on June 18 by the grand jury:
Bozana Cruz, 47, Market Street, Boardman, possession of Fentanyl-related compound (f5) w/forfeiture specification;
Zarnna J. Wilson, 58, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5) w/forfeiture spec, possession of cocaine (f5) w/forfeiture spec, escape (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
Marissa Fusco, 29, Sixth Street, Struthers, endangering children (m1) – remanded to lower court;
Joshua Gould, 26, Sixth Street, Struthers, endangering children (m1)—remanded to lower court;
Nancy J. Dorbish, 49, Staatz Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5);
Ryan J. Coyler, 30, E. Wilson Street, Struthers, possession of cocaine (f5);
Kathryn A. Allen, 37, in care of Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property (f5);
William P. Jones, 28, in care of Mahoning County jail, grand theft of motor vehicle (f4), receiving stolen property (f4);
Kenneth Newton, 27, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts, felonious assault (f2);
Alex Burson, 26, Diamond, identity fraud (f5);
Melissa Steele, 30, Shields Road, Boardman, theft of drugs (f4);
Justin A. Davis, 34, Colonial Drive, Liberty Township, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (F3), obstructing official business (f5) and resisting arrest (m2);
Heidi A. Flynn, 44, Hillcrest Drive, Lake Milton, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of heroin (f5);
Barbara Decarlo, 58, Westminster Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
Anna E. Stone, 33, Columbiana, two counts theft (f5).
