The Mahoning County Career & Technical Center has announced the opening of its student-run Bistro Restaurant to the public for the Fall/Winter season.

The unique dining experience offers patrons the opportunity to enjoy delicious, professionally prepared meals while supporting the future chefs and hospitality professionals of tomorrow.

The Bistro will operate from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM on the following dates:

The student-led endeavor is part of the MCCTC Culinary Arts Program, where students gain hands-on experience in a real-world restaurant environment.

Under the guidance of Chef Matt Putzier, Culinary Arts Instructor, the students prepare and serve a variety of dishes, showcasing their growing skills and creativity.
