Kip’s Tacos - Fans of Texas-style tacos will want to try this new food truck in Columbiana, who also serve special dishes like smothered burritos and burrito bowls.
Red Rican Food Truck - Authentic Puerto Rican empanadas, rice bowls with chimi chicken or fried pork, fried plantains and more served by Jonathan Morales, founded in Niles and recently expanded to Warren.
Lariccia’s Food Trailer - Since 1907, the multi-generational family behind Lariccia’s Italian Marketplace have made a name for themselves serving sandwiches, desserts, hot peppers in oil and Italian egg rolls on-the-go from their food truck at local fairs and festivals.
What’s Grandpa Smokin - This Columbiana food truck vendor smokes ribs, pulled pork, chicken, BBQ and brisket in a wood smoker and offers a sampler plate with three main meat options served with all the fixings.
Girardi’s Kitchen Express - Duke Girardi and his family in Boardman set up shop at local fairs and community events to bring signature stromboli, pizza and fresh-squeezed lemonade to the Mahoning Valley.
Roxbury Pizza - Youngstown‘s mobile wood fired pizza company has been hauling their brick oven to prepare food for festivals and fairs since 2014, topping pizzas with locally-sourced produce.
Tra’s Gourmet Sandwiches - Trained chef Tra’von Eley specializes in bringing loaded waffle fries and decadent sandwiches like the maple chicken and waffle sandwich to local festivals and bars in his hometown of Youngstown.
A Movable Feast - This Youngstown food truck travels around northeast Ohio selling lobster rolls, Hawaiian poke bowls, rich sandwiches on ciabatta buns and truffle fries using locally-sourced ingredients.
