On June 25, the Campbell Police Department is hosting a joint town hall with the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office

Mahoning County Prosecutor Lynn Maro and police chief Kevin Sferra are joining forces for the Campbell community public safety forum at the Roosevelt Park Community Center.

Officials will go over different scams threatening the local community, ways to spot fraudulent text messages, emails and calls, and hand out anti-fraud pens to attendees.

Open to all residents, the town hall starts at 6 p.m. on June 25 at the community center off Struthers-Liberty Road in Campbell.

Prosecutor Maro will also provide free gun locks to help promote safe and responsible firearm storage.

According to officials, this event gives community members the chance to ask questions and learn about what local law enforcement is doing to serve and protect the Campbell area.
